ME, MYSELF, & I
Self-compassion is something that we all need, but often struggle to give to ourselves.

Me, Myself, &, I is a project which helps young people to develop a firm relationship with themselves. Through the exercises in this two-hour in-person workshop, young people learn how to become their own best friend and live more well-rounded lives.

This inevitably has a profound impact on young people's overall wellbeing, helping them to build the confidence and resilience to cope with societal pressures such as peer victimisation, perfectionism, and low self-esteem; an investment that will pay dividends for years to come.
ELEVATE
At See Your Life, we believe that happiness is more than just a state of mind, but a habit, and that, just like any other habit, it can be acquired.

To us, gaining happiness is a matter of uncovering and dispelling myths as to what happiness looks and feels like, and securing an understanding of how to cultivate the habits that lead to lasting joy, and strong mental health and wellbeing.

Elevate is a fun, two-hour, interactive, in-person workshop that combines personal experiences with evidence-based research to enable students to foster this kind of continued happiness in their lives.

VIM
Vim workshop helps young people discover and hone their untapped and unique capabilities, and realise the fullness of who they can be and what they can do.

This two-hour workshop is a chance for young people to be introduced to ideas of strengths and learned behaviours, as well as gain practical tools to discover and grow in their own strengths.

Young people learn more about themselves and what energises them, making them feel more authentic, and improving wellbeing, character, and academic performance.
Our workshops start from £5 per person, per hour, for a group of 30 young people
