​Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern yours or your child's participation in SYL Afro Dance classes organised by See Your Life. By enrolling yourself or your child in Dance Playground, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Registration and Enrolment1.1. SYL Afro Dance classes are open to individuals aged 6 years old plus. Parents or guardians must complete registration for participants under 18.

1.2. Enrolment in SYL Afro Dance is subject to availability, and See Your Life reserves the right to accept or decline any registration.

1.3. Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information and inform See Your Life of any contact information changes.

2. Code of Conduct2.1. Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, participants, and the facility.

2.2. Discrimination, harassment, bullying, or any disrespectful behaviour is not tolerated.

2.3. Participants must follow rules and guidelines for a safe and positive learning environment.

3. Class Policies3.1. Participants should come dressed appropriately in dance attire and footwear. Dress codes may apply.

3.2. Participants are responsible for their belongings. See Your Life is not liable for lost or stolen items.

3.3. See Your Life may make changes to the class schedule, notifying participants in advance whenever possible.

4. Fees and Payments4.1. SYL Afro Dance fees are outlined during registration and are subject to change.

4.2. Payment must be received by See Your Life on the 1st of each month.

4.3. No refunds are provided. Credits for missed classes are not given, except for cancellations by See Your Life.

5. Health and Safety5.1. Participants must ensure physical and medical fitness for dance activities.

5.2. Participants must inform See Your Life of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect participation.

5.3. Participants must follow safety instructions provided by instructors to minimise injury risks.

6. Media Release6.1. Participants grant See Your Life the right to use photographs, videos, or other media recordings for promotional purposes unless opting out.

7. Amendments and Termination7.1. See Your Life may modify these Terms at any time, notifying participants via email or the organisation's website.

7.2. See Your Life may terminate a participant's enrolment for non-compliance or inappropriate/disruptive behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability8.1. See Your Life, its instructors, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, or damages, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.​9. Participant Termination Notice9.1. In the event that a participant wishes to terminate their involvement in SYL Afro Dance, a one-month notice must be provided in advance to allow for proper arrangements and ensure a smooth transition.​10. Governing Law10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where See Your Life operates.

By enrolling in SYL Afro Dance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to T&C's.
